PDC was established in 2015 by U.S. Navy Veteran Adrianne Lathrop to offer clients one-stop Planning, Design, and Construction services for their residential and commercial projects in both the government and private sectors.
As a General Contractor, former City Planner, and U.S. Navy Veteran, the founder appreciates the uniqueness of every project and understands the importance of teamwork and attention to detail which the company’s culture reflects.
